Marrickville Metro

The expansion and revitalization of the Marrickville Metro shopping center, the site of Smidmore Street, previously the old Shelley’s Drinks Factory, is transformed into a new restaurant arcade. The raw exposed brick walls of the old industrial warehouse are retained, while our ecoustic® Baffles provide a new aesthetic and acoustic absorption for the dining precinct where large groups of people gather. The project brings to life the area’s eclectic heritage while celebrating its rich and diverse local culture.
