Drawing inspiration from nature, FCA aimed to create an environment that helped to ease the transition between home and the office. The use of natural textures and colors as well as the introduction of biophilic elements, resulted in a warm and inviting space with many options for focused or collaborative work. The roughly 100,000 SF project included renovations to the open office areas, as well as the main building lobby and core restrooms. Through collaboration with the client, the project team and consultants, this project was awarded LEED Silver Certification.
