Onsite trimming to square each panel is essential. Variation in thickness, fiber mix, color, as well as flecks and surface blemishes are an inherent and unavoidable feature. Variations from panel to panel can occur, panel joins may be obvious upon installation creating a paneling effect. Installation may require onsite adjustment by the contractor to achieve a professional finish and minimal variation Results from performance tests are guidelines only.

The 0.47″ SCC Panel has a thickness variance of +/- 0.04″ (1mm)
The 0.94″ SCC Panel has a thickness variance of +/- 0.08″ (2mm)
