Sahara is a wall panel system made of waste material from the production of wine corks in Portugal. Its shape is as simple and spontaneous as a sand formation carved by the wind. Sahara’s shape is the perfect starting point for creating a multitude of patterns. These patterns, together with the acoustical qualities of cork, permit Sahara to scatter specular reflected sound throughout a space.
Panels are vertically or horizontally mounted on hidden metal cleats. Due to the nature of cork, panels should be installed permanently. It is not recommended to move position after installation.
